Bridge to Benefits brochures in English or Spanish - These brochures can be ordered in bulk by contacting  Natletha Gorpu Sumo  at nsumo@childrensdefense.org or 651-855-1175. 

Bridge to Benefits Paper Screening Tool - Partner organizations can use this paper copy of the screening tool with clients when they don't have access to a computer or internet. By filling out the form, you will have the informaiton that you need to input in the screening tool to provide the client with the results.

Income Standards Chart  - Program income guidelines based on the 2022/2023 Federal Poverty Guidelines and  2022 State Median Income. Effective until January 1, 2024.
